Claudia has been a communication facilitator specialist in health care for over 10 years. Prior to joining CCCPH, she was the Translation Specialist for WakeMed Health & Hospital System. Claudia has had a long career providing localization quality assurance for health organizations and exceeding patient care expectations. She is passionate about creating value for physicians and health educators by connecting patients with on-demand care and the region’s full spectrum of care. She received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University in Spanish and Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics. In her spare time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her three children, gardening, trail hiking, and snorkeling.
